X-ray Absorption and AGN Structure
Abstract
X-ray absorption is a powerful tool for diagnosing the structure of AGNs, particularly when variability is seen. I will give a series of short examples, ranging in scale from the 'torus' to 10 Rg, from several satellites, including: Chandra, XMM-Newton and Suzaku.
